First of Ten Amendments: Congress can not..

While reading the Bill of Rights I came a interesting thought. There were added ten amendments yet they could be considered ten commandments for the rights of the people. Like the Ten Commandments of God that instruct us on how we should conduct our lives. Put The LORD first and thy neighbor.

The pre amble to the Bill of Rights may be as en lighting as the amendments themselves these were ratified December 15,1791.

Article 1

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof: or abridging the freedom of speech, or the press: or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.

let us break this down  Congress  can not establish a religion like Catholic, Baptist, United Pentecostals, Buddhist, etc.. but the United States was founded on Christian principals like the Ten Commandments.

Congress cannot prohibit, stand in the way, block the free exercise for example preaching in schools, DMV, in front of a abortion clinic.

Now the next one has been  abused and misused. The context here is religious speech and does not give rights to unrighteous actions it is not for a cover for darkness like porn or say what ever you desire such as some lyrics of music these days.

There is a Bill that sits in Congress some where that is labeled a hate crimes bill that will attempt to silence the True Christian because the fakers will comply and  that will make it a crime to preach against sexual immorality mainly homosexuality and now desire to add others to that list.

We have a mandate from the Lord and the protection of the Bill Of Rights.

Free speech is to be used with care and not abused.
