Oregon Democrats Invade Personal Decisions Again.

Once again the democrat led congress in Oregon have decided that you the free American can not talk on your cell phone beginning in January of 2010.

These decision is a catering to the minority of bicyclist who ride the road with out respect to automobiles.

To use a cell phone or not to use a cell phone while driving should be left to the driver of the auto and not the government. The following is a definition of arbitrary so as I use the word you will understand.

without consideration for the wishes of others: Determined by chance, whim, or impulse, and not by necessity, reason, or principle:

Ted Kulongowski has yet to sign the bill into law but has of course following his democrat line will impede on the people of Oregon and encroach on personal freedoms.

Other instances of arbitrary legislation the smoking ban in bars where adults hang around; seatbelt law you must wear a seat belt; car insurance or wearing a helmet. All of these are personal decisions and these are to be left to us the free American and is not the place of the government or any state or of the nation to invade personal choices similar to these.

The democrat congress in Oregon needs to hear from you call Governor Kulongowski and ask him to not sign the bill that will make it illegal to talk on your cell phone

The government can not arbitrary pass laws to encroaching on our liberties and personal decisions. Arbitrary passing of laws is contrary to a free society and violates the principals in which the United States Constitution was founded on.

It began with one freedom then another then another. Today your cell phone , next your radio, then the type of tires you buy then what color your car is. Stand for your freedoms say no to arbitrary passing of laws.
