A Judge Must Be Moral.

The debate to confirm Sonia Sotomayor or not I am troubled though.
What I hear out of the media outlets is that all this is just for show it appears Sotomayor will be confirmed?
Or will she?
The democrats made the promise that we are going to work together with the republican for the betterment of the country.
That is untrue.
If the democrats were to better the country Sotomayor would not have been this far she should have been asked to remove her self but that has not happened.
Despite of Sotomayor’s open reverse discrimination and racial put downs the democrats say they will vote for her.
Now what does that tell you about the party politics of the globalcrat.
Ok now how is a judge to come to a decision?
They must rule according to morally correct decisions and not on empathy.
They must rule with righteousness and not according to political ideology.
Pro life, being a Christian,Marriage between a real man and a real woman are not political ideologies they are morally correct.
So what does GOD say about how a judge is to conduct them self while judging?
After all the LORD Jesus is the Real Supreme Judge.
Leviticus 19:15 Ye will do no (never) unrighteousness (moral) (evil iniquity perverseness) in judgment: You will not respect the person of the poor, nor honor the person of the mighty: but in righteousness (moral) will you judge your neighbor.
Deuteronomy 1:16 And I charged your judges at that time, saying, Hear the causes between your brethren, and judge righteously between every man and his brother, and the stranger that is with him.
Deuteronomy 25:1 If there be a controversy between men, and they come unto judgment, that the judges may judge them; then they shall justify the righteous, and condemn the wicked.
A judge in the eyes of the LORD must make judgment according to morality and that according to the Ten Commandments.
Another trouble some issue is that Presidents pick judges mostly on the bases of political ideology that is wrong and a incorrect way a judge should be chosen.
Picking a judge that will agree with immorality or because they agree with you is open unrighteousness and will pervert justice and equality.
If justice is blind them neither money or political special interest is to be served but justice has undergone political and immoral bribery.
Abortion the willful termination of life was found by the Supreme court to be moral but it is immoral by the standard of GOD.
Abortion is the taking of innocent life.
The judges who ruled in favor of that committed a immoral law or ruling in favor of immoral actions.
The Supreme Court is not a place to make law they are to enforce and follow the United States Constitution and then that also with the moral intent that it was written.
The United States Constitution is clear and easy to understand even a fifth grader can understand it.
There is zero place for a person on the Supreme Court to any one who will act with disreguard to the law.
Discrimination violates the and she violated that law in which Sotomayor was entrusted to enforce.
We are not talking about a religious institution which should be bound by morals and godly conviction.
We are talking about firemen.
Who in my opinion have the toughest job next to a good soldier in the United States.
Martian Luther King said in his “I have a dream speech” paraphrase that one day people will be judged on the content of their character not on the bases of race (affirmative action).
Reverend King would have opposed affirmative action.
