We The People or Party Beliefs?
The United States of America began with the Declaration of Independence moved onto the United States Constitution which contains two parts,
Part one is the division of the three branches of government legislative, executive and judicial.
These are divided with different duties and responsibilities.
Part two is the Bill of Rights or the civil rights of the people.
The Constitution part one deals with the powers of each branch and it is set that the three check each other so as one does not have sweeping power over the other.
That is not always the case.
The office of president can not create laws that is left to the legislative branch; Congress.
The president can not lay and set taxes only congress.
The President can not declare war only congress.
But what has transpired is congress has become empowered not by the people bt their political parties beleifs more or less a political religion.
Today that is Democrats and Republicans although there are smaller factions these are the two biggest.
One of the violations that take place is the selection of a judge.
A president can pick any one he so chooses.
Yet in the decision making they look for some one to carry their political philosophy.
The picking of some person based solely on a political agenda is and can be detrimental to the way of liberty and can be based on actions of immoral judgments such as discrimination based on some ones skin pigmentation or their real gender.
It should be decided on moral conduct and the laws with in the US Constitution.
It should never be based on the mere experience or the gut feeling but what is correct to a decent society.
This is not just limited to judges but to the whole Secretary of State a Attorney General every facet of the executive branch should be picked on political beliefs but on truth morality and righteousness and what is good for the people to advance liberty not hinder it.
All branches should be always moral and just and any time there is “party’ these two principals become compromised which leads to corruption.
Congress is made of men and women voted on by the people but werer voted on by parties and political beliefs not on religious or Christian.
There are aprox 556 Congress people in both the House of Representatives and the Senate.
The majority currently is Democrats and they are pushing their political philosopy because their parties the president.
Congress creates the bill that either hurt liberty or assist it more time then not lately it has hurt the freedoms we Americans enjoy both at the national level and state level.
For example there have been a few laws passed that are unconstitutional and are a liability to liberty.
Congress people latly when they submit a law they know that the people of the United States would not approve of they attach it to another bill that their party leader will sigh regardless of the effort of the people they backdoor legislation laws of arbitrary .
Some of those laws are “The Real Id Act” signed by then President Bush it was attached to a military spending Bill;or “The Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act” this prohibits the right of a American Citizen to gamble on line except for horse racing this was attached to a port security bill; then there was the attempt to allow a foreign country own and operate our US ports which is also unconstitutional.
All of these actions and who know what else have been done based on false perceptions, mis information and political beliefs but are not good to a free America.
In a letter a person received from William H. First “Gambling is a serious addiction that undermines the family” Now my statement of fact is there are over 2500 land based casinos in the United States and that is not counting the lotto’s that states promote to gain funds from the people. That too is gambling but there is no push to ban that.
If Congress is to speak for the people and act accordingly but they act not according to the will of the people to be free and to make personal decisions like weather to gamble or not online; then they should not go along party lines but be on the side of the free people of the United States.
if gambling is immoral then what about the taking of innocent lives? Is that moral? I think not.
In the hearts of most Americans as well as in the judgment of GOD Almighty it is a abomination.
Yet Congress appropriates 100,000 million plus dollars to a group called Planned Parenthood to fund
the diqusue of woman’s health care but really to conspire to commit murder of a child.
The men and women in congress are not to cater to political beliefs but are to adhere to the right and moral issues that are conducive to a stable society.
Congress each day has the chance to decide what really benefits the United States and the free people to grow in liberty before the LORD who inspired life in this country.
But based on their actions they wake up on how to please the party belief system.
On to the judiciary the Supreme Court of the United States.
Their job is to interpret the United States Constitution not to make laws or to create interpretations
that are not their.
Each Justice of the Supreme Court has been appointed by a President of the United States.
In times past the Supreme Court made some knuckled headed decisions such as the Dred Scott V. Sanford.
Now lately they have by majority sided with the Christian Ten Commandments and a Cross.
It is now how they have judged but it is how they are chosen to be on the Supreme Court.
Currently acting President Obama chose a woman who is Latino and a supposed Catholic none of those disqualify a person from being a supreme court justice.
What should decide is the things she or he as done as a lessor judge or even said.
Sonia Sotomayor has both said and acted upon prejudice and discrimination; by virtue of these comments that she can judge better then a white man and her discriminating factors against 20 Fire Fighters she should step aside being a judge but instead justifies and mocks the very system she is to up hold.
Congress has the choice to let her immoral actions slide and allow some one who is openly discriminatory be appointed to the United States Supreme court or do the correct and moral action and say no to her not as a person but as a judge.
So will it be the correct action or will party beliefs be the real deciding factor?
We will soon see.
