Congress Can Not Create Any Law That..

Congress can not create any laws of this land of the United States that will infringe on the Christian community.

The states with respect can not use laws to infringe on the rights of the people to practice Christian practices such as prayer meetings at a home or the passing out of tracts at a local DMV or to speak about creation in the midst of class room discussion in the public school forum
or force Christian teachers not to talk about Jesus Christ at any time if they so choose.

The public school a arm of each state can not punish , threaten with termination of employment if they ware a Christian t-shirt or speak on Christian issues in general; it clearly violates the first amendment of the United Constitution.

It is not by chance that the first amendment was placed in there for the protection of the Christian and others as well and that which is conducive to a better society.
.
The use of the word Jesus on a license plate is to be allowed or any reference to GOD.

It is the duty and obligation for all Christians to be active even if that means to demonstrate out side Planned Parenthood or other establishment.

In times past a religious order the Roman Catholics intimidated, infringed and were tyrannical against any person who opposed them.

They would petition the King or ruler to pass laws that would jail a person for speaking freely of the truth of the gospel of Jesus Christ and even speak of the LORD except by their permission.

Every year the courts get flooded with those case that involve the Nativity and or any thing to do with Christ.

These cases should never reach the court room they should just toss them in the trash.

Any case that appears to threaten the first amendment needs to be gone.

Congress at any level can not pass laws that may even question the rights and liberties under the first amendment of the United States Constitution.

The first amendment does not give permission to act with reckless abandon or give permission to immorality.

Bill of Rights was created to protect the people and was created to keep the government from being intrusive and excessive in its powers.

Here is part of the first amendment explained and amplified.

“Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech”,

Congress will make no law that respects a certain establishment of religion such as Catholic, baptist, Pentecostal, Methodist etc there are to be no established sect.

Christianity is a broad spectrum of beliefs and practices.

Congress can make no law banning, restraining or hindering the free exercise of religious activity or practices such as speaking out against homosexuality and all perversions and corruption and immoral injustices as abortion…

Congress can not make, create or introduce a law abridging the freedom of religious speech.
