Debunking Power Structure of The Constitution

Our US Constitution body consist of three branches legislative that is
Congress which is made of the House of Representatives and the Senate.

The next branch is executive the office of the President of the United States and the Vice President and then the judical which is the Supreme court of the United States.

In the past few years we have witnessed a dangerous trend of these branches over lapping and one over powering the next and all three taking shots at the United States Constitution and the rights and liberties of the people.

First is a judiciary making laws from the bench creating rules and regulations that is not there.

In times past given permission for a woman to extinguish a human life and calling it a “choice”.

Then we have the executive branch extending its authority more then it was intended to have.

It has come close to a rule by a king again with excutive order this and executive order that.

President assumes greater power and control while diminishing the role of the legislative branch.

In that statement congress has been up staged by the other two branches of the US Government.

Congress is to be the one running the country and do you know why?

This prevents the rule by one person preventing the act of tyranny as when we Declared our independence from.

We have seen that congress has been dictated to by two roads by the executive and by party rather then by the people of the United States and the country’s best interest.

When the executive branch gets bigger the people lose power and the legislatives loses its control.

If you will take the time to read the United States Constitution you will read a majority is dedicated to the legislative branch of our government.

Despite the thought there is a co equal branches of government that just is a deception as it brakes down like this Legislative then the executive and then the judiciary.
