Obmas Peace Prize Violates the Constitution?

Let us examine it with clearness of heart and mind.

This would make the third President that may have violated the United States Constitution.

President Obama has been nominated for a Nobel Peace Prize.
Section 9 US Constitution
“No title of nobility shall be granted by the United States:

and no person holding any office (including the office of President of the United States)
of profit or trust under them,
shall without the consent of the Congress ,

accept of any present,emolument, office, or title, of any kind whatever, from any king, prince, or foreign state.”

The Nobel Peace Prize is a gift or award from a foreign power.
Why do you think this was placed into our Constitution to protect us from feeling obligated to foreign powers.

But check the key phrase without consent of the Congress of the United States.

President Obama aid he will accept the award and once again exercising power that the office of President does not have.
