This is a cornerstone of how the church is to be.

When I use the term I use it as the scripture calls it ; the person or the people not a building or a denomination.

A team is one that recognizes its team mates by what they wear the same identification or logo.

The Indiapolis Colts recognize their teammates simply by the similielr uniform.

This team of Christian is not a pro bowl made of “super Christians” there is no such thing.

If we have obeyed according to scripture and not to the opinions of man then we have all come by the same route and therefore by initiation become part of the Christ team (Church).

No one person should elevate them self above the team.
Lets us take for example the purple heart given to those who were wounded in combat.

They received it because they chose to put the team first it is a symbold of self sacrifice.

They that are stronger are to help those who,s faith is weaker.

The LORD said ‘Greater works you can do or will do be cause he is going back to heaven John 14:28.

The scripture is filled with actions of unity and brotherhood.

If you start with the beginning the testimony of Acts and work your way through you will find the point of the epistles was to assist the believer {Not the unbeliever} in exercising unity and becoming a cohesive unit to fight the spiritual fights not alone but as a machine that will keep going forward til the return of Jesus Christ the LORD.

The word of the LORD is the working of a individual however as one person help another they in turn become stronger.

One man can put to flight 1000 two ten thousand.

I would say if we will submit ourself to the LORD and do service to our brothers and do it from our heart, soul and mind as we say we love the LORD then we need to come and reson togather before the LORD Jesus and ask him to forgive us and unites us as they were in ACTS to the point they turn the world upside down with the name of Jesus Christ.
