Treaty with Soviet Union (Russia) Violates US Constitution.

Just sitting thinking on how the United States has been set back a few years twenty may be by our current White House administration.

Let me start off by saying Germany after world war one signed the Versailles treaty and in doing at Germany built weapons and massed a army they were not by treaty allowed to have.

We are painfully aware how that turned out 55 million deaths later.

President Barrack Obama is set to sign a treaty with Russia but this in fact may violate the United States Constitution not that it means any thing to the current administration but it read as this

ARTICLE 2 section 2 ” He (The President) shall have power, by and with the advice and consent (permission) of the Senate, to make treaties,

provided two-thirds of the senators present concur;”

Now the question.

Did 2/3 of the senators of the United States give President Obama permission to enter into a treaty with the Soviet Union?

A treaty that opens up the United States to possible attacks by reason of this country’s leadership in ability to demonstrate resolve against a attack.

And a leadership that has distanced itself from its allies like Israel and Poland.

Once more we see the demonstration of a lack of Constitutional application.
