Immigration Qualifications as perscribed by Law.

According to the US Constitution Article 1 section 8 “Congress shall have power To establish an uniform rule of naturalization”

Congress has set these rules and laws on how to be a legal citizen of the United States.

Arizona just took these law and rule and choose to enforce them plain and simple.

Arizona is acting like any other state would or even country when it come to allowing a person of foreign origin.

The liberal democrats would have one feel that the state of Arizona is being racist but that is not even the truth nor are they discriminating.

Arizona has had such a  violent crime issue and it is related to people not legal citizens of the US.

So they choose to do what the Federal government chose not to do protect the great people of Arizona.

It is not up to the executive branch of our government nor is it up to

the judicial branch on how a person from another country can become a United States citizen.

There is a process on how to become a citizen of the greatest country.

There is no country that one can walk into or fly into unless they have the permission to be in that country and the United States is no different.

So what are some of the qualifying point to become a legal citizen of the United States of America.

The term NATURALIZATION: the process of conferring the rights of a national on: to admit to citizenship”

There is first the forms N-400,N-426 and G-325B.

You have been a lawful, permanent resident for at least (MINIMUM)5 years, or

You have been a lawful, permanent resident for at least three years and have been married to a US citizen for those three years, AND

You have been physically present in the United States for at least (minimum) half of the time that you have been a lawful permanent resident .

One may be eligible for US citizenship if:

You are a lawful permanent resident child of US citizen parent(s)

you have qualifying military service in the Armed Forces of the US..

Then one needs to fill out from N-400, a filing fee and fingerprint fee,

three color photographs, 2×2 and a photocopy of the front and back of your green card.

To be eligible to be a legal citizen as is by Law you must be 18.

One must be a permanent resident of the United States, and have

been issued a permanent resident card ie Green Card.

must have been a permanent resident for 5 years or more  and during these five years you must not have been out of the US for more then 30 months or more.

A person applying for legal citizenship must reside in the district or state for minimum 3 months.

Also when applying for legal citizenship to the United States one MUST be able to read, write and speak basic English.

There are a few exception but apply only if one is over 50 or has a disability.

One must be able to pass what is know as the civics portion which is a oral exam

be a person of good moral character.

May be they should examine Capitol Hill.

There is also a oath and as I have told to others when a person decides to exit their old country and desire to be a legal citizen they are saying by their action that their country sucks.

You will find the “Oath of Aligence”

“I hereby declare, on oath, that I absolutely and entirely renounce and abjure all allegiance and fidelity to any foreign prince, potentate, state, or sovereignty of whom or which I have heretofore been a subject or citizen;

that I will support and defend the Constitution and laws of the United States of America against all enemies, foreign and domestic;

that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same;

that I will bear arms on behalf of the United States when required by the law;

that I will perform noncombatant service in the Armed Forces of the United States when required by the law;

that I will perform work of national importance under civilian direction when required by the law;

and that I take this obligation freely without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; so help me God.

One of the steps to becoming a legal resident of the US one has to know more about the US Constitution and American history then they even teach in the socialist public school system.

Here are a few actions that could disqualify a person from becoming a legal citizen and those that are here without the permission of the United States are committing violent crimes against other American people and our government has a swore duty to protect the citizens of the United States (Article 4 US Constitution “and shall protect each of them (states) against invasion) and that does not mean take our rights and liberties away while doing so.

Here a a few of disqualfying factors:

* Any crime against a person with intent to harm

* two or more crimes for which the aggrate sentence was five years or more

*Habitual drunkeness or drunk driving

*Polygamy

* Prostitution

*Violating any controlled substance law of the United States

* If one has been recently ordered deported or removed one is not eligible for citizenship of the United States.

*Terrorist acts.

These are just a few of the acts that dq some one from becoming a legal resident.

There is a whole list of the right process to becoming a US citizen.

I hope this will bring some knowledge and understanding that Arizona and any other state willing to enforce the law and rules and honor the process of becoming a legal US citizen there a re steps that have to be followed.

My source was US Citizenship 2nd edition as well as the internet lol.
